The Center for Student Success and Intervention (CSSI) uses a 360-degree lens approach to student support work, including student conduct, intervention case management and student support initiatives. A 360-degree lens means that when we work with you, we consider the whole person, and how we can best support you given all of your needs, all of your gifts, and all of the circumstances you may face during your journey at Columbia.
The Student Conduct process is educational as professionals conduct reviews into allegations of University policy violations. This is to both correct the behavior and hold students accountable through the sanctioning process. Learn more about Student Conduct.
Case Managers partner with schools to support students on a wide variety of concerns, including helping students understand and navigate different resources available on and off campus. Learn more Case Management here.
The Student Support Specialist oversees our campus food pantry and collaborates with University partners in developing and providing comprehensive, cohesive services, information, and programs to all students who would like help managing basic needs. Learn more about our Basic Needs Services.
